Maitre Artist Afework Tekele Given World Laureate Title
Addis Ababa, Nov. 5 (ENA) - the American Biographical Institute (ABI) recently announced that it has bestowed upon Maitre Artist Afewerk Tekele the honorary
title of "World Laureate". In a letter it sent to the Ministry of Information and Culture, the Institute said: "This is an honour only presented to a select number of individuals from across the globe
who exhibit extraordinary achievement and determination". ABI has been a publisher of international Who's Who reference volumes for 32 years and continues to be respected worldwide for recognizing outstanding
individuals of merit, the letter says. Those chosen to be included in ABI publications have made significant contributions either globally, nationally, or within their own region and are amongst some of the finest
people that the world has to offer, says the letter. The works of Maitre Artist Afewerk Tekele are well known in Africa, Europe, countries of the former USSR, America and Asia, his exhibitions in those lands having
